Maintenance Request - Rc Management

Acknowledgment. I acknowledge that the property owner and it's agents have the right to enter my home to address issues per the lease agreement. I understand that by requesting maintenance I am giving permission for them to enter the home to address this issue. Said request shall also serve as notification to enter the home. I also understand that I may be charged a trip fee if I prevent them from accessing the property by changing the locks, leaving unattended pets or children, refusing entry, or any other action that would prevent them from accessing the property to address the requested maintenance. And I indemnify the property owner and it's agents from any liability that might arise from my refusal to allow access. *I agree
